I had an amazing time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, nestled in the beautiful mountains, provided a tranquil and picturesque setting. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The service, from housekeeping to the front desk, was impeccable. I particularly loved the little touches like the welcome drink and the assistance with arranging tours. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The free Wi-Fi in the room was also a plus. I especially enjoyed the sun terrace and the beautiful garden area. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The breakfast selection was decent and the staff members were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist spots. The room we stayed in was well-maintained and tidy.
The hotel facilities were outdated and could use some refurbishment. Our room was quite cramped with limited space to move around.

We spent a lovely Christmas at this historical accommodation. the heated spa was a perfect way to relax after a day exploring the nearby quaint German towns. the castle grounds were stunning, and the snow made the view even more breathtaking. We also appreciated the delicious traditional festive meals offered by the on-site restaurant. the staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the property.
The limited menu options at the restaurant left us craving a little more variety. the Wi-Fi signal was not very strong, which made connecting to the internet somewhat difficult.
